Also known as Yule logs, these consist of a sponge cake filled with various flavored mousses. They are typically covered in chocolate or meringue and adorned with cute winter decorations. I typically make a plain sponge cake with a chocolate mousse.

Tarts & Pies

  • Lemon Meringue Tartlets

These tartlets consist of sweet pastry crust filled with lemon crème pâtissière (custard). They are topped off with Italian meringue and a piece of chocolate (shape/design will vary).

This is just your classic lemon tart! It’s a little tart with a hint of sweet. It pairs perfectly with meringue or whipped cream. Let me know in the order which you would prefer!

Cream Puffs

These light and airy cream puffs are made from pâte à choux and filled with vanilla whipped cream. They can also be filled with whipped cream of a different flavor or any flavored crème pâtissière.
