30 Day Core Challenge – Week Four
Guys, we finally made it to the last week! Since 4 weeks is only 28 days, I decided to add the last two days to this week. I increased the number of reps, but the number of sets is the same.
I don’t know about you guys, but I am definitely feeling a difference in my core. I can feel my abs getting stronger and the exercises becoming easier. The push-ups were definitely a struggle when I first started this challenge, but now, they feel much easier. I can’t believe I can actually do 15 push-ups in a row now!
You only have 9 days left! You can do it! Finish strong!
