Lately, I have been so busy with school, work, and just life in general, that I have been seriously slacking on my core workouts. So, I have decided to start my own 30 day core challenge. Summer will be here before you know it, and this is the perfect way to get back on track to getting that toned stomach. I will post the next weeks each Saturday night so that you can start the week on that next Sunday. Subscribe to my blog to get notified when I post Week 2!

Without further ado, here is week one! If this seems too easy, increase the number of sets!

I highly recommend taking a picture on the first and last day, and at the end of each week. I think it’s a great way to see your progress. When you compare that first picture with the last picture, I know you will see the difference.
