Also known as Yule logs, these consist of a sponge cake filled with various flavored mousses. They are typically covered in chocolate or meringue and adorned with cute winter decorations. I typically make a plain sponge cake with a chocolate mousse.

These tartlets consist of sweet pastry crust filled with lemon crème pâtissière (custard). They are topped off with Italian meringue and a piece of chocolate (shape/design will vary).
